Becoming A Member

The General Body is comprised of two categories of community members: voting and non-voting. A Muslim who believes in and endeavors to practice Islam according to the beliefs of Ahlus Sunnah Wa-Jama’a and resides within ICBC voting area is eligible to become a voting member as long as certain conditions are met.

In order to become a member, one must complete the ICBC Membership Application and satisfy the membership guidelines and criteria as per the ICBC Constitution and Bylaws. Membership fee is $100 per family per calendar year. The membership fee may be waived if the member has made a donation of $100 or more to ICBC within the calendar year. Note that payment of the donation amount does not confer automatic membership. Further details can be obtained at the ICBC Constitution and Bylaws.

  • Please review the membership requirements documented in the ICBC Constitution and Bylaws.
  • Please complete one form for entire family. Incomplete forms will delay processing.
  • Membership fee is $100 per family per calendar year.
  • To participate in ICBC Shura Council Election, a completed membership form needs to be submitted before the deadline per the ICBC Constitution and Bylaws.
