We passed the inspection for the 2nd floor steel binding and pre-plumbing last week. Concrete was poured early morning on Thursday 9/27, Alhamdu lillah!
Next step is to start building the staircases. We are in the final stages of negotiations on contract for the framing and we expect framing to commence next week after the contract is signed.
